Let me start by saying I would recommend Shannon Armstrong to anyone
wanting to buy or sell their home. She worked very hard for us. When we
listed our condo with Shannon, there was a lot on the market…therefore, it
took a while to sell, but she did everything in her power to get people in to
look at it. She had open houses whenever possible and if she herself could
not sit in the open house she would get one of her associates to be there.
She also helped us buy our new home, and again I felt very confident having
her with us for that whole process. She truly was looking out for our better
interest in both the sell and buy. In closing, I would like to say that Shannon
